We have extensive kitchen equipment available, including a main oven with separate 6 ring ceramic hob, an American fridge-freezer and a second additional fridge, a halogen oven, slow cooker/frier, and microwave.
We also offer cheese and chocolate fondues, a chocolate fountain, cafetière, teapot, garlic press, pestle and mortar, toaster, double and single electric whisk, and a cold water and ice dispenser.
In our garden kitchen, you can enjoy our large BBQ, cauldron tripod, and chiminea with roast chestnut pan, marshmallow forks, toasting forks.
The Barn welcome pack includes milk, fruit juice, bread, butter, free range eggs, sugar, tea, instant and ground coffee, coffee beans, marmalade, jam, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotions, extensive cleaning materials and antiviral agents, sanitiser and wipes.
We also include bedding and towels, travel cots, high chairs, moses basket, booster seats, toilet inserts, and waterproof mattress covers. If needed we have available to loan out a portable wheelchair, Zimmer frame, and walking sticks.
Tucked away amongst gorgeous scenery, our Rural Retreat invites you to enjoy a cozy and convenient refuge. A main oven with a separate stove and a chocolate fountain for decadent treats are just a couple of the contemporary conveniences found in our fully furnished kitchen. Our welcome kit provides necessities like milk, bread, and toiletries to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. We place a high priority on cleanliness and supply a wide range of cleaning supplies and sanitizers. Bedding, towels, and a variety of comforts are provided for families with little children, and those who require mobility assistance can also obtain it. Additionally, booking accommodation is hassle-free with our simple reservation process..

It also includes sleeping for 14 people, with 2 upstairs bathrooms and 1 downstairs toilet. Extra beds and an extra bathroom are available.
The sleeping accommodation includes adult size bunk beds with deep sprung mattresses (upper bunks are much better for children or teenagers.)

Avoid the stress of waiting for a free bathroom. As well as the main bathroom, the master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a downstairs cloakroom available, so multiple people can use the facilities at once.

The gardens have extensive child and adult games including basket ball, darts, swing ball, bowls, boules, quoits, batand ball games, water bombs, archery, badminton, frisbees and croquet.

Traveling with a large party? Book our annexe as an extension , which includes another bathroom and additional sleeping for four people, allowing up to 19 people to visit together!

Sunday to Thursday inclusive £399.00 per night
Friday and Saturday £449 per night
Bank Holiday weekends are £499 per night for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Christmas and New Year are £599 per night for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and also for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. 27th to 30th December inclusive are £449 per night.
We request a deposit of £500 to secure Christmas and New Year bookings but otherwise there is no deposit to pay.
We offer a 10% discount for bookings of three or more days.
The annexe is available for £90 per night and again we offer a 10% discount for booking three or more nights in the annexe.
